Kayla Hildebrand & Anne-Sophie Lecomte (PT)

Kayla studied Nutritional Sciences and Physiology at the University of Toronto, and later achieved a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University in 2016. Over the past 5 years, she has focused on training in pediatrics in many different settings, and has made it a priority to practice in a client-centred and family-friendly way to help people of all abilities achieve their goals. No goal or dream is too small. But, don’t be fooled - she enjoys working with adults too. She believes that everyone has a kid inside them!

Anne-Sophie also has expertise in pediattic phsiotherapy working with children from 0-18 and treating a variety of pediatric conditions such as plagiocephaly, torticollis, and much more! Anne-Sophie’s holistic approach involves a thorough assessment and a patient- centered treatment plan, which includes a strong emphasis on patient education. She believes that educating patients on their injuries or dysfunctions and giving them the tools to correct it will inspire her patients to become their own best health advocate.
