Our

Spaces in Campbell River

Two Locations. One Promise: Top Rehab Spaces on the Island.

Foundation Rehab has two Campbell River clinics — both set inside fully equipped training facilities in Willow Point. Whether you visit us at the Main Office or Elevate, you’ll rehab in a space designed for graded movement and real progress.

91 Erickson Road

Our Main Office

Home to five private treatment rooms, a dedicated physio space, and a fully equipped 2000 sq ft gym. This is also where you’ll find our front desk team, ready to help with bookings, paperwork, and questions. Shared with our friends at Primal Athletics, this space is built for a unique injury recovery to performance training experience.

Foundation Rehab
at Elevate

Our second location is inside Elevate at 2780 South Island Highway — a 6000 sq ft training facility right across from Ken Forde Park. With two brand-new treatment rooms and full access to the gym, this space is perfect for rehab that moves. You'll find us around the back of the building through the Elevate entrance, with plenty of parking available.

Primal Athletics

Our Partners in Movement

We’re proud to share our spaces with Primal Athletics — a locally owned fitness facility that brings a thoughtful, inclusive approach to physical activity in Campbell River. Their team offers group classes, personal training, bootcamps, and more, creating an environment where people of all ages and abilities can build strength and confidence.

Foundation Rehab and Primal Athletics operate independently, but our shared commitment to health, movement, and community makes this partnership a natural fit.

Proud ally to the LGBTQ+ community

We recognize that our office is located on the unceded traditional lands of the Liǧʷiɫdax̌ʷ people, as well as the We Wai Kai, Wei Wai Kum, and Kwiakah First Nations. Our team’s varied backgrounds, including those of Settlers, shape our unique journeys toward reconciliation, informed by both local and global perspectives on colonization and its lasting effects on Indigenous Peoples worldwide. While we celebrate the diversity around us, we remain committed to educating ourselves and exploring ways to foster a more equitable future for everyone.
