Your Path to Recovery — Covered and Simple

Island Health Hip & Knee Replacement Program

What it's all about

If you’ve had a non-complex hip or knee replacement, you may be eligible for funded physiotherapy at a private clinic. Before leaving the hospital, your physiotherapist will decide if you qualify. If you do, you’ll get a voucher that covers your care with us.

Leaving the hospital is just the beginning. What happens next can feel unclear. You know movement matters, but where do you start? Many tell us they just want clear next steps and a therapist they trust. If you have a Physiotherapy Voucher, you’re already on the path. We’re here to make it simple and supported.
