A CHT is a professional with advanced training and certification in upper-extremity rehab (shoulder to hand). They use specialized assessment and treatment to guide recovery and protect results.

Brianne is the first Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist to join the Foundation Rehab team. She brings over 10 years of experience in upper limb rehabilitation, treating everything from fractures and tendon injuries to arthritis, post-surgical recovery, and stroke-related complications.
With advanced training in hand therapy, Brianne provides client-centered care using a mix of manual therapy, exercise, splinting, scar management, and education—always focused on helping people return to the activities they love.
