Before your first visit, you'll fill out a health history form so your RMT can understand your needs and tailor your care. They’ll walk you through a treatment plan, explain what to expect, and make sure you feel comfortable with every step — including options around clothing, draping, and sensitive areas. During the massage, your RMT will check in regularly, adjust based on your comfort, and provide clear follow-up guidance so you leave feeling informed, supported, and cared for.
