Our Locally Made Custom Orthotics
We’re proud to partner with PEAK Orthotics, a locally owned business manufacturing high-quality orthotics right here in the North Central Vancouver Island. From assessment to fitting, we make the process easy — so you can move better with support made just for you.
Many people come to us frustrated. Their feet hurt during the day or after activity. Off-the-shelf insoles don’t seem to help. They just want to move without thinking about their feet all the time.
Foot pain isn’t only uncomfortable — it can affect your knees, hips, and back too. You shouldn’t have to guess or keep trying random solutions.
Our clients tell us they want real answers and something built just for them. That’s where custom orthotics make a difference.

Iain Harrington, DC
Our Custom Orthotics Lead
PEAK Orthotics trained provider

Iain knows what it’s like to face an injury and not know who to trust or what to do next. At 23, he tore his meniscus and was told to avoid activity to protect his knee for the future — advice that didn’t sit right with him. It turns out, it wasn’t backed by science either. Now, every day in the clinic, Iain meets people who have been told to give up the activities they love. His mission is to help change that story. Iain’s journey began at Vancouver Island University, where he earned a degree in Sport Health and Physical Education while competing on the men's varsity volleyball team. He later completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College and has spent over 15 years in the health and fitness field. Before becoming a chiropractor, Iain worked as a wildfire firefighter based out of Nelson, BC — an experience that shaped his resilience, problem-solving skills, and drive to stay strong under pressure. Today, Iain’s clinical focus includes spinal pain (neck and low back), concussion rehabilitation, and osteoarthritis of the hip and knee. He continues to grow his expertise with additional certifications in Public Health (Imperial College London), Motivational Interviewing, and the Calibre Program from Obesity Canada. His approach is evidence-based, movement-focused, and built around helping patients stay active, confident, and in control of their health — without fear. Iain loves working with people who are ready to invest in real, lasting change — those willing to put in the work to improve their health and recovery. Outside of the clinic, he’s a long-distance trail runner, ultra-endurance racer, mountain biker, skier, and proud pickleball league player. Iain feels most at home when he’s moving through the rugged trails, mountains, and coastlines of mid- to north Vancouver Island.
