Here's How Ursula Helps
Life challenges can affect your mood, sleep, motivation, and overall well-being — not just your mind, but your whole body. That’s where counselling can help. Ursula, our registered social worker, supports people through anxiety, stress, trauma, grief, postpartum changes, social anxiety, and other emotional struggles that can feel heavy to carry alone.

She uses evidence-based therapies like EMDR, somatic therapy, and cognitive behavioural therapy to help you feel more grounded, capable, and in control. Whether you’re going through a tough time, feeling overwhelmed, or want tools to cope better day to day, counselling with Ursula can help you take meaningful steps forward — at your pace, and in a way that works for you.
